As of 2020, he has been carrying out responsible real estate consultancy work.
Nice Global Food Tourism and Trade Limited Company, which started its operations in 2025, aims to ensure long-term sustainability in the light of new partnerships and agreements with international expansion in the application of its new working model.

We undertake the process of purchasing from Turkey and safely delivering the products requested from target market countries to the desired features and standards by guaranteeing their compliance with the desired features and standards. We offer the desired brand and/or private label product options.
In our future investments, we have plans to create R&D and new production partnerships/workshops depending on the target product selections.
We continue our Responsible Real Estate Consultancy studies, which we have been carrying out since 2020, with our working model where we stand by our stakeholders in all stages of land investment, project design, construction and sales. In addition to consultancy processes, our investment partnership projects, including creating living spaces and profit-oriented, continue.
In the tourism hotel investment consultancy process, we manage the balance sheet presentation, investment return rate and current profitability calculations with a team consisting of tourism professionals in the CEO and GM positions. In addition to consultancy processes, we have tourism management and new project partnership plans.
